The landmarks of the fishing village on Lake Brienz include the Seeburg centre on the peninsula and its small island in front of the bay of Iseltwald.
The 1,654 m2 Schneckeninsel (or “snail island”) with its barbecue sites overlooking the bay of Iseltwald can be hired for special occasions. Iseltwald is also a wonderful starting point for walks along the lake or cruises on Lake Brienz on board the vintage Lötschberg steamship.
