Cooking and baking for the end of the season
We celebrate the end of the season with our guests. In the morning we cook “sauerkraut” (pickled cabbage), at lunchtime “tarte flambée”, in the afternoon fresh fruit cake awaits hungry visitors and chestnuts will be roasted at the farmstead from Novazzano: first come, first served!
Our team of gardeners are selling Ballenberg products such as syrup, jams and preserves on site. A young Swiss accordion duo will provide musical entertainment. The Interest Group for the Mule (IGM) will be guesting this weekend. In addition to an information stand, mule rides for the little ones are offered.
