10 years of Alpine Permaculture & 30 years of Permaculture Switzerland

The long-standing and successful commitment of the Alpine Permaculture Schweibenalp for ten years and the Permaculture Switzerland Association for 30 years shows: Permaculture as a landscape design method and holistic philosophy of life has become established and proven to be sustainable.

The round anniversaries of the two associations are to be celebrated now duly. The weekend of June 25 - 26, 2022 will be dedicated to sustainability, education and nature. Various guided tours of Alpine Permaculture, lectures and panel discussion will promote knowledge and reference to the ecologically and socially sustainable farming method. In addition, the future potential and areas of application of permaculture principles will be discussed. Thus, the exchange between people interested in permaculture and experts is an important concern of the organizers. There will be booths with competitions, games or similar activities run by permaculture regional groups and by the association Permaculture Switzerland to enable an attractive exchange and meeting of new permaculturists. In addition, market stalls with permaculture products such as seeds and perennials, workshops for young and old, and regional organic food will create attractions for a wide audience.
