Good location, clean but could have better service
Was an ok hotel. We booked the historic room and apart from some historic furniture there was not much to experience so recommend to take normal room. Very low chance of early check in event at 2.30 pm. Breakfast was ok only. It was a hodge podge of food. Not sure what they were trying to achieve. The front desk lady is quite rude. The bed was pretty uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was pretty slow so i could barely use it. The heating could have been better. The location is good - close to train station, harder klum furniculur, the Main Street, Christmas market and the main park area.

    Misleading, unethical and inhumane
Misleading information about the dishes and unethical inhumane behaviour : the food quality was shockingly poor. We ordered a green curry, which arrived white in color and bore no resemblance to a green curry in appearance, taste, or ingredients. When we politely raised the concern that we might have received the wrong dish, the response from staff was dismissive and arrogant: “the chef said he was born in Thailand,” as if this statement alone justified serving a dish that was clearly incorrect and substandard. No attempt was made to verify the order, apologise, or correct the mistake. In addition after that we wanted to order noodles for my daughter and then the server lied that they are closed at 1 pm, while they served others. I personally witnessed the server lady telling two Indian customers that the restaurant was “closed,” while at the very same time welcoming other (non-Indian) customers and seating them without hesitation. This behaviour was openly racist, humiliating, and completely unacceptable in any professional establishment. The combination of discriminatory treatment, rude service, and misleading food raises serious concerns about the standards, ethics, and professionalism of this establishment. Customers should never be subjected to racism, nor should they be gaslighted when pointing out legitimate issues with their food. This experience was deeply offensive and has left me questioning how such behavior is allowed to continue. I believe this matter warrants serious attention and investigation, as it reflects a complete failure to uphold basic hospitality standards and respect for customers. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously.

    Best days of Switzerland
Snowshoe hiking was an amazing experience—walking through the stunning Swiss mountains in perfect sunny weather was truly unforgettable. Reaching the mountain tops, hiking through beautiful valleys, crossing small water streams, and taking in the breathtaking views from the top made the entire 11 km journey feel magical. It easily became one of the best days of our Switzerland trip. Our guide, Daniel, was exceptional. He guided us brilliantly and shared so much interesting information along the way, which made the experience even more special. A big thank you to Outdoor Interlaken for arranging everything so smoothly. Most impressively, our 11-year-old son never felt tired during the hike—Daniel was incredibly supportive and encouraging throughout the journey. A special thanks as well to the wonderful American couple we befriended along the journey, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

    Rude service with overpriced food
Location - ok just next to Interlaken OST station. Atmosphere- not pleasant. Food - Terrible. First time in my life seen Tomyum soup with beansprout and Zucchini. The taste is aweful and portion is extremely small. Priced 15chf for a small bowl. Service- There was a chinese staff who is extremely rude and putting stress to customer to force them order more foods despite we had mentioned that we are small eater and not really hungry at that point. We ordered a fried rice and Tomyam gung for two of us. Having to say, that was not an isolated case as there was another couple came to the restaurant after us and order 2 dishes for sharing, the chinese staff was literally repeating the same attitude towards them and mocking them like, if you dont have money, do not come to Switzerland, everything is expensive in Switzerland! Omg, is this kind of attitude acceptable in service line? Value: Overpriced for the food, please patronise other chinese restaurants in Interlaken. Fried rice: CHF22 Small bowl Tomyam soup: CHF15 Wait time: ok

Lovely stay!! Pool, bfast and hospitality!!
So so happy with the hospitality offered to us at the hotel. It was absolutely a delight staying here from the breakfast spread which was just amazing. I mean they had so many varieties and options for Indian people in the breakfast for vegetarian people. It was lovely. They also had you know vegetarian soup and rice congee for people from Asian culture. So I can see the diversity itself in the breakfast. But the hospitality was phenomenal from the lady at the reception to the lady at the breakfast. Oh my god! I absolutely loved it. Me and my child just loved the stay at this hotel. They have a lovely spa area, a swimming pool area, and every evening we would get three bears as biscuits in the in the room. So just showing like an extra touch everywhere.
