Historical sites with a view

You will come across it when walking along the Aare towards Goldswil: the ruined church at Goldswil. It stands on a hill almost like a lighthouse and is said to have been one of the first churches in the region. A visit will let you experience the calm of nature as well as a riveting panorama view. Your trip will take you on towards the centre of the village of Ringgenberg. Going past picturesque chalets, centuries old, made of dark wood, you eventually come to the renovated stöckli (outhouse), by the church, so typical of the region.

On the way to Niederried, you will once again be amazed by the view over the turquoise Lake Brienz.
