The TOI represents the Interlaken brand on the global stage. It fosters transparent partnerships based on mutual, long-term benefit and is reliable, trustworthy and fair. The TOI also contributes actively to the sustainable development of “soft mobility” in the Holiday Region Interlaken.

"Clean & Safe" label

The tourism industry associations have initiated the “Clean & Safe” label. The label demonstrates to you as a guest that you are visiting a company that has made a conscious commitment to abiding by the internal protection plan.
The measures are based on the rules of hygiene and conduct set out by the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH).

Interlaken Tourism has drawn up a corresponding plan and is rigorously implementing the applicable measures in its daily activities. New measures will be added as required. The Interlaken Tourism team looks forward to welcoming you despite the current provisions and to advising you in comfort and safety.
