Deltapark Vitalresort

Just back from a week’s half-board holiday stay at this very comfortable and efficient hotel! We found it quietly situated, spotlessly clean, and a great base for a stay in the beautiful Lake Thun area. Links to local buses (free with the provided Panorama Thunersee card) were easy and we enjoyed hiking trips in the area. Easy access to the lake for swims and runs/walks along the paths. Highlights include all the helpful staff, the fantastic fresh and varied buffet breakfast, and the simply delicious and sophisticated evening meals (allergies well catered for) in the Delta and Thai restaurants. The spa was also amazing! With different saunas, showers, a sundeck, saltwater indoor pool and great massages (Li 🙏). The small bar area had a great selection of drinks/cocktails with friendly service. Coffee, teas, water and apples were freely available on each of the two accommodation floors. Our “mountain facing” hotel room had a useful fridge and every general amenity we needed, including plush robes for spa. Excellent hotel and we would certainly recommend a stay.

We would certainly recommend this hotel after a 6 night stay beginning of June. From entering the reception the staff were very friendly and so helpful! The room was fabulous with excellent mountain views, super clean and modern. We were half board and the food was exceptional, again the staff in the restaurant/bar are so friendly. The Spa is so relaxing and was definitely a bonus at the end of the day after visiting so many beautiful places. We even tried the Yoga class available which we would recommend trying, especially as this was a first for us both (even my husband admitted it is hard to do!) Although this is a journey from the airport, don't be put off as the trains are so easy and very punctual as well as the buses. Hopefully we will return soon!

What a lovely hotel! Very Swiss, so extremely clean, well run and polite. We had a lovely room with a great view of the lake and all mod cons. The spa was lovely and clean and my wife had a fabulous massage. Drinks and dinner on the terrace was perfect. All in all a great hotel.
