Even above daytime, the Eiger Run with its gradient of up to 36 per cent is a fast toboggan run. The whole thing becomes even more exciting when the sun goes down. The night-time tobogganing fun on the illuminated track is an experience that no one should miss. In the evening, special trains of the Wengernalp Railway run every half hour - so you can get from the end of Brandegg to the start on Alpiglen in just five minutes. With the Eiger Run evening ticket you can whizz down as often as you want.
Due to the new Covid regulation, the offer "Eiger Run Night Sledging" will not take place until further notice.

Tip
Before or after the tobogganing fun you can enjoy a fondue in a cheerful atmosphere in the Alpiglen or Brandegg mountain huts.
Getting there
From Interlaken follow the main road in the direction of Zweilütschinen. There you turn left towards Grindelwald. The whole trip takes about 30 minutes and is partly winding.

Alternatively you can use the public parking garages in the center of Grindelwald: Parkhaus Eiger+ (252 parking spaces) and Parkhaus Sportzentrum (160 parking spaces)
Public transit
Thanks to its central location in Europe, Switzerland is served by international trains from over 12 countries. Within Switzerland, Intercity trains run directly from Basel and Lucerne to the Jungfrau Region. Travellers from Zurich have to change in Berne. The trains run every half hour.
