The Axalp sledging run starts with a chair lift ride from Windegg and offers a spectacular view over the ice-crested giants of the Bernese Oberland throughout. Sledge, good shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, gloves, hat and helmet, provisions incl. a warm drink, emergency number.

SLEDGE HIRE from the kiosk at the chair lift base station.

Getting there
By car: Exit the A8 Autobahn at Brienz. Then follow the signs towards Axalp and continue until you reach the car park on the Axalp.
