The Old T-Bar trail offers you a lot of fun and flow: The trail is moderately difficult (S2) and continuously rollable. As an advanced biker, simply jump over the many waves and tables – then it also offers you a lot of action.
The chairlift takes you and your bike comfortably up the mountain. Nothing stands in the way of a downhill afternoon with lots of descents. At the end of the trail – directly at the valley station of the Wiriehorn chairlift - there are showers, a washing facility for your bike and a barbecue area for cosy hours afterwards. By the way, you can camp in the large car park of the Wiriehorn cable cars (for a fee).
Down at the valley station there are two pump tracks and three easy routes for children and beginners.
At the top station of the Wiriehorn chairlift, turn left past the mountain hotel and follow the path across alpine meadows in the direction of «Röschteschwend». After a few hundred metres you will see the Old T-Bar start podium on the left. From here the real action starts and you follow the markings down into the valley.
At the HOT-TRAIL Bike Park Wiriehorn there is a route to suit every level of ability: ride safely and according to your skills. We recommend protectors and a helmet.
Motorway A6 Bern direction Zweisimmen, 1 km after the Simmenfluhtunnel turn left direction Diemtigtal. Follow the Diemtigtal road into the valley for 11 km to the Riedli valley station. The 6-seater chairlift takes you to the top station of the Wiriehorn cableways (note operating times).
There is plenty of paid parking available on site.
By train to Oey-Diemtigen station (Spiez–Zweisimmen line). Continue by post bus to the stop «Zwischenflüh, Riedli Talstation». Take the 6-seater chairlift to the mountain station (note operating times).
