Winterlaken Labyrinth

Explore the Winterlaken labyrinth on the Höhematte in Interlaken. From 13 January to 3 March 2024, you and your loved ones can explore this magical maze fashioned from disused Christmas trees. In the labyrinth, you will encounter various blind alleys, figurines and other surprises. A fun experience for people of all ages.

Touch the Mountains

On 1st January, the new year kicks off with the open-air concert «Touch the Mountains» on the Höheweg in Interlaken. During the performances, refreshments are available from various food stalls and bars. As every year, the evening features a spectacular fireworks display that you definitely should not miss.

The new year arrives with a bang in Interlaken. The legendary open-air Touch the Mountains concert on 1st January is followed by an impressive fireworks display on the Höhematte. The spectacular show starts at 7.45 pm. Get a good spot to enjoy the colourful rockets soaring into the sky, illuminating the Jungfrau in the background.

Harder-Potschete

Interlaken’s traditional parade takes place on 2nd January, when Interlaken is terrorised by the Hardermannli and his helpers. Experience this sensational event up close as masked Potschen rampage through the streets, spreading fear and dread.
