Excellent food, defnitely worth the money. Special desert: Öpfuchüechli (baked apple rings) - order extra with apple sorbet!!! THE cracker Fine dining, comfi, well designed interior(also restrooms), and very good service. Been there twice over the last 5 days. Experience is confirmed. A place to go

Best tomato risotto in town!!!! It had lovely oven cooked veggies. It was perfect. Well done! I also enjoyed breakfasts here , and it was my favorite patio in the area :) Staff were efficient and hard working (and very kind)

We got to this place because it was nearby our hotel, we hadn’t read the reviews or looked previously for it, but it was an amazing surprise. We had a dinner for 4 people and ask for couple os salads, a tomato soup, and me particulary the risotto my companions got the stew and the stroganoff. I evaluated this place with 4 stars for the amazing attention that we receveid, for the incredible views and the delicious food. For me it was true best surprise that we found in interlaken in terms of food , by the way the price is not that high and de quality of the food is really good

Very welcoming and great service! The food was outstanding! I had the Stroganoff and my husband had the stuffed chicken breast and our daughter had the ravioli. It was all amazing! We did call ahead to ensure they would have a table and we are glad we did as they were full and we might not have been able to get in.

Visited Burgseeli again several times recently, Just the same warm welcome and excellent food. Feel very at home there yet feel that most of the clientele are relatively local which is always a good sign! Can't wait to go back there again.

We stayed in the hotel so decided to have dinner here. Came twice. First was pork breast and second was perche. Overall taste was great. The servers were so nice and kids friendly too. Didnt manage to enjoy dessert or wine as we were with a toddler but overall great experience.

Staying in nearby Ringgenberg, we decided to walk out to dinner on our first night rather than take the train into Interlaken. An easy mile or so stroll to Goldswil - very handy for walking off your meal on the way back! - the Burgseeli restaurant takes its name from the small lake across the road. We were greeted warmly with an apparent considerable amount of interest from several of the staff, perhaps as we were British and most of the usual clientelle are locals. Anyway we were settled at a corner table and enjoyed a wonderful meal of soup, beef and pork cheek along with excellent local wine. In fact so good was the experience that we returned a few days later on our last night for another excellent meal. Thanks to all at the restaurant, we have already begun to consider returning to the area and will definitely revisit Burgseeli!

Very friendly staff and prices are ok for a Swiss restaurant. Excellent wine list including enough Swiss wines. The menu is in Swiss German thus takes a while to digest :)

We stayed in the hotel for 3 days (2 nights) The location is unreal and so beautiful. The lake was across the road and the hotel is convenient , not too far from Interlaken Ost station. Peter was an amazing host he even gave us bus passes for our time in Interlaken , and the food was incredibly delicious at the restaurant as well as the staff who were kind and helpful. The breakfast is buffet and although it was delicious if you’re a big breakfast kind of person there is not too much of an option. You can ask for scrambled eggs and the buffet has bread, croissants, cereal and fruit. We loved the room although it was quiet small, the only thing is the bathroom is quiet tight so its hard to close and open the door as the toilet is too close to the door. It would be amazing if the hotel had a laundry/ironing service but we really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend this place for sure

We stopped for dinner on our way back to our hotel and the food was great Both the Stroganoff and the potato noodles were delicious. Nice views and quite.
