The ground floor 2-room apartment has been newly renovated in the last 3 years. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for daily needs. With a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains, the seat offers the opportunity to eat and drink, read a book or relax on a deck chair. A chemiée for grilling is available. A private parking space is available free of charge and does not need to be reserved.

Bathroom and kitchen towels are included in the price. Electricity, water and heating are also included in the rent. The house has a free parking space and internet access via WIFI. The visitor's tax of CHF 3.- per night for adults and CHF 1.- for young people aged 6-16 is not included in the price and must be paid separately. The final cleaning of the apartment is CHF 80.- On request, you can use the washing machine or tumbler for CHF 6.50 per machine
