    Highly underrated golf course
My husband and I had an amazing experience playing The Golf-Club of Interlaken - Unterseen. With viewing photos/reviews online, we had lower expectations as it appeared to be the equivalent to a municipal course back in the United States. The course super exceeded our expectations, especially being more on the golf-snob side of things, we are very particular and thought the course was amazing. The views were immaculate on every hole, the service and members of the course were so friendly/welcoming, they accommodated us to tee off early, and the greens rolled very true at a decent speed too (approx 9-11). The course layout is so fun, while being tricky on pretty much every hole. We were able to easily get rental sets (which were brand new) and they provided us with balls/tees/and a yardage book included. If you’re looking to golf near Interlaken, this is known to be the best course within 60 mile radius according to the locals. The photos do not do it justice. They’re also renovating their clubhouse so the atmosphere is only improving.

    Quality golf course and club
We unsuccessfully tried to book a tee time online which turns out was because we weren’t members of a Swiss ( or affiliated ) golf club. However the pro shop / receptionists were very helpful and sorted us out to play with a couple of members. The course was pristine particularly the tees and fairways and greens on the whole were excellent albeit a few had some bare patches on the fringes. Whilst their are no views down the lake the mountain backdrop is stunning

    Mid-week golf
We really enjoy the golf here. Lovely, well maintained course, with some challenging water features all set in a scenic environment. The staff are very helpful and the 19th hole is well worth a visit. Those cutting and blowing the course are very enthusiastic and can, at times, forget that golfers should have priority!! Blowers are noisy and can be intrusive!! This activity could and should be carried out not to the detriment of golfers!! However, overall a very enjoyable course to play. The outdoor bar/dining area is a good place to relax.
