Mountainsurf – Boat hire & water sports in Interlaken

We had a great time on the lake! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend renting a boat to explore the surrounding towns.

We had a nice trip on a small motorboat. Reasonable price (for Swizerland 😁), boats in a good condition, friendly stuff. Because of the weather we had to finish 30 minutes early, so Mountainsurf refunded us unsued time

We rented a boot with no license requirements and it was great to drive it over the lake thun. It was way better than a cruise trip in thun.

Dimi was a great captain. Kind and personable and funny. He took great care of us and we had a fun time. We booked about an hour before departure, which threw things off a bit for the company, but they made a couple of adjustments and we were out on the water without a hitch.

If you are an inexperience or experienced wake surfer, you will have a blast doing this. I would 10/10 recommend if you want to be out on the beautiful lake while participating in water sports.

We had great weather, a flat lake and a good instructor. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would advise this as an activity to chill out to. The lake is peaceful and quiet. Good fun and very enjoyable.

My 2 kids 11 and 13 tried wakeboarding and wake surfing and loved it. The boat was fantastic and perfect condition. Andy the teacher was excellent...very professional and patient. Shame we did not stay longer as we would of done again. Thank you for great experience.

We had a great time wakeboarding with Andy. He was friendly and helpful, the boat and gear are top notch. We were also lucky that the water was really warm, and super smooth. We liked it so much that we booked another session. We were with Tom this time who was also really nice. We tried wakesurfing which was also a lot of fun.

Best thing to do in Interlaken. Nice crew and good equipment perfect for a good surf session. Thanks guys!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We wanted to see Interlakenhoheweg from the water on a hot summer day. The staff was very patient while we got our family of four ready to go kayaking. There is a changing room in shop. There is also clean bathrooms, changing room and shower behind shop. The kayaking is self serve. Grab your life jacket, paddle and take the kayak off of lift. There is someone there to explain the rules and safety. They charge by the hour when you return. Restaurant next door had great view and good food.

There are 4 good places to see in Luzern and Interlaken, namely Mt Rigi, Mt Pilatus, Jungfrau and Schilthorn. Having seen them all I am in a position to advise you. I feel having seen any one you have seen them all. They are costly excursions. I would recommend see either Schilthorn or Mt Pilatus. If you have seen either of them you need not go to the other three. It is as good as having seen all. It will definitely save your money and time.
