Great way to see Switzerland + Shoutout!There are a definitely a few options for bike shops in Lauterbrunnen, however, our experience was made great by Vera! She was a blast to talk to and provided us with recommendations that weren't on our radar. Following her guidance, we got to see the valley, head up to Murren, enjoy snacks, drinks, and views, and had a fun ~30mph ride back down- wind in our hair, cattle and goat spread about.. pure happiness!More - 460alliesJune 30, 2025 at 10:48 AMAwesome!!!Staff is very nice and friendly! All the staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We rented a gravel bike and an electric bike and went round Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. I would fully recommend this place to anyone wanting to hire a bike.More

Big all day ride into the Lauterbrunnen valley and up to Gimmewald and Murren and explored some trails above Murren. I descended a spicy gravity trail under the gondola back to Lauterbrunnen while my wife took the gravel road down. Bikes were in great condition and the shop staff gave great advice and service (put my pedals that I brought onto my bike). There are definitely lots of single track hiking trails in the area which you can bike on if you are experienced/adventurous but not really on trail forks. Komoot app was more helpful but shop owner was most helpful. Wished I could have stayed an extra couple days to explore more!More

Great bikes, perfect ride i latenBrunen, but weren’t given detailed information on how to ride down from Murren safelyThe bike company and bikes were very easy to rent and professional however, they didn’t give us an enough detailed information and told us to take the bikes to Murren and then bike down. However, there were two options for the path and they didn’t give us the detailed information of the safer path to take. Our teens both fell. It was very dangerous path going down ftim murren If you do this, make sure you take the correct path. My kids both fell ripped their clothes and had major scratches and when we told the bike company, they gave us two stickers!!!, we had to pay extra for extra clothes for our kids. They wanted to make sure we were 100% happy with the bikes before we set off. They are very knowledgeable about the area and gave us great tips about trails that were appropriate for our skill level. Added bonus that they provide helmets for free. All in all an excellent experience with the staff and the ride we did was picturesque and magnificent.More

Just like riding a regular bike, but with some help. My husband was able to explore all of Lauterbrunnen Valley - he could have never walked it. Price was acceptable, and will definitely do it again sometime!More

I was recovering from a sprained foot that limited my ability to walk but not to bike, and biking allowed us to see miles and miles of Lauterbrunnen valley with ease. It’s pricey as are most things in Switzerland, but totally worth it!!! The team at the shop are very friendly and help you find the best option for your activities.More

I had a number of questions ahead of our visit and they answered them all over email promptly. We rode them through the valley towards Stechelberg and then back. The bikes were fantastic and the views are amazing. I highly recommend this activity. One of the people in our group had a bit of a crash when we got back to Lauterbrunnen. (No fault of Imboden at all!) He ended up needing to go to the hospital. The manager from Imboden was so nice and helpful. He helped us call a doctor and helped us eventually call an ambulance. He was so nice and we really appreciated it his help. Our friend was ok - just some bumps and bruises. Thank you so much Imboden for a great time e-biking through the valley!More

In a few minutes we received all the necessary explanations, we got a bike and went on a tour without worries. The employee of the place explained to us in simple and clear English everything needed to enjoy the ride. ExcellentMore
