LOCKER SCAM and One Rude Staff Member. Rope Courses are Phenomenal and Outdoor Staff are Extremely Professional
Had a really strange experience when it came to leaving. I had paid for a locker for 6 hours with my locker set to expire at 4.55pm (It showed it on my ticket). I returned to my locker 9 or 10 minutes early at 4.45pm/ 4.46pm to find that I was being fined for returning late??? The fine/overcharge was an inconsequential amount, only 2 francs, but on principle I was extremely reluctant to pay it as I had returned within the time. I queried it with a member of staff saying 'Hi, excuse me. I think there's been a mistake with the lockers, I still have ten minutes on my ticket but it's saying I'm being fined' and he was extremely aggressive and argumentative instantly which was not the reaction I was expecting. He essentially responded that my ticket time did not matter because the machine has the final say and I told him I didn't feel that was fair. He demanded as to why it wasn't fair so I told him my ticket shows I should have ten minutes left and he proceeded to get visibly annoyed with me and talked to me in a way similar to how you might talk to a child who couldn't quite understand something very simple. He then sighed, and ordered me to come with him to the lockers. I showed him the locker and my phone time that showed I still had 8 minutes left even after our conversation. He pointed to the time on the locker that was 10 MINUTES FASTER than reality (I triple checked it against my partners watch, partners phone and google time). He insisted that I pay because I had actually used the locker for over 6 hours. And it was my mistake for expecting the lockers to have the correct time??? So the time on the lockers is INTENTIONALLY WRONG so that people who return within the last ten minutes of their ticket time have to pay a fine/overcharge that is designed to be small enough that most people pay it without contesting it. Of course you are going to trust the time it says your ticket was printed and expires and check it against your phone. There is no reason to think the locker time would be incorrect. When I was still reluctant he sighed and told me words close to 'I can see you are just a difficult person; fine I will just pay it'. I thanked him and he coldly told me, 'do not thank me' before walking away extremely annoyed. This was the only negative experience. All other staff were friendly and professional. They handled an unexpected storm extremely well, temporarily stopping people using the courses for safety reasons and letting people resume as soon as they could. My partner and I also had a very positive staff experience during one of the hard courses. She got stuck on a difficult obstacle mid-way through that she couldn't physically complete and had a panic attack, being suspended in the air. A female staff member came over, assessed the situation and literally ran to get the designated staff member who deals with it. He helped calm her as much as possible, climbed a ladder and efficiently got her down and made her feel safe. Extreme professionalism. The rope courses were amazing as were most the staff. If not for the last experience that left a sour taste this would be a slam dunk 5* review. If not for the other fantastic staff and product I would have rated lower based on that incident.

Fantastic climbing, balancing and zip lining
Fantastic and exhausting day climbing, balancing and zip lining. Family (adults + kids aged 11, 13) visited in August, but was quiet enough not to have any queues or waiting. Helpful staff, great layout of 9 different courses of varied difficulties from easy balance to terrifying scramble. Great equipment meant that I felt totally safe at all times, and I'm not normally great with heights. Planned to go for a long morning, but we spent over 5 1/2 hours until we were finally tired out. Wished we had brought a picnic. So much better than similar ropes parks in the UK.

Excellent, most underrated activity in Interlaken for family and for adventure seekers
Most underrated activity in Interlaken..!! I went there twice in 2 consecutive day..!! It was that fun for both myself, wife and my son. Initially i thought its a small park for kids, so i thought of spending half day for my 5 year old kid to enjoy. He enjoyed it to the fullest. Didnt really realised its a full day activity where even adults can also enjoy to the fullest. Unfortunately we got only half day next day as we planned another activity in the morning time. Adult courses were really fun and needs good physique. My son enjoyed the 3 courses he can do (I guess its snowly). Definitely recommend to spend one full day with family. Worth spendin g the money and time

    Good for the adventurous
What an experience - definitely don't miss this if in Interlaken. I appreciated that they trained each individual and made sure we had all understood the rules including the children. It would have been better if they had a coffee shop for the ones who didn't want to do it. Its expensive so to make the most of it be prepared to spend a few hours.
