- Start: Lenk
- Destination: Iffigfall
The snowshoe route to Iffigfall first follows the prepared winter hiking trail via Lake Lenk. The flat valley floor is ideal as a warm-up stretch and offers a magnificent panorama with the steeply rising Wildstrubel. After crossing the Iffigbach at Oey, there is a steep ascent into the Teufebode area. Then the route continues steadily along the Iffigbach upstream into the Pöschenried area. Forested sections and open terrain alternate. The snowy, shady valley basin ends abruptly with the imposing frozen waterfall. Those who want to stay longer are well advised to bring warm clothing. The sun is a rare visitor in this area during winter. The return is along the same route back to Lenk. As an alternative, a bus from Pöschenried is available to take you back to Lenk.
