Hans-Rudolf Siegrist, Head of Technical Services, Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa recommends:
The Grimsel - Furka - Susten route represents the pinnacle of Swiss pass tours. Start your journey from Interlaken by riding alongside the turquoise waters of Lake Brienz towards the Haslital valley. Once past Meiringen, you will notice that the landscape becomes distinctly alpine. The highlights of this tour are the three mountain passes - a one-of-a-kind riding experience you won't want to miss. On the Grimsel pass road, we recommend you stop off at the Grimsel Hospiz Hotel, site of the earliest documented inn in Switzerland (1142). The ride continues down to Gletsch in canton Valais. From here, the tour leads along the twists and turns of the Furka pass road to Andermatt, from where you can ride through the wild and romantic Schöllenen Gorge to Göschenen. How about stopping off at the fabled Devil's Bridge? The next high point awaits in Wassen: the climb to the Susten Pass and subsequent descent, which will lead you back into the Haslital and from there to Interlaken.

Highlights:
- Riding over the Grimsel, Furka and Susten Passes
- Grimsel Hospiz
- Totensee lake at the Grimsel Pass summit
- Schöllenen Gorge
- Steingletscher Restaurant on the Susten Pass
