Spa Nescens at the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa

Spectacular location and historically classic facilities but the best part was the warmth and personal attention provided by all members of staff across all amenities! The Kids Club and Spa were next level. Felt very welcoming and caring overall. Highly recommended.

Excellent Italian restaurant, even for those not staying at the hotel. The food was delicious, well prepared, and full of flavor. The highlight of the experience was the service provided by Rodolfo — attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. He made us feel very welcome and truly elevated our evening. Highly recommended. We would definitely return.

Absolutely a fantastic experience. Staff was excellent and professional throuout the whole stay. I was there for my annivrsary we found flowers and chocolate in the room. Spa also was superb. Highly recommended.

Moritz Heck was so helpful in recommending a genuine Swiss experience for dinner. His recommendations were spot on and the food and atmosphere were delightful. Dining was in heated fishing shacks in front of our hotel with fur rug covers to keep us extra cozy. It was intimate without being pretentious. Service was impeccable. Thank you Moritz.

Everything was delicious! Risotto was a big hit and pizza was yummy! Desserts were great, try the chocolate mousse! Service was amazing!!

The most beautiful Spa I’ve ever seen, especially the indoor pool! The massage was one of the best massages I’ve had! Rigzin Sangpo technics were incredible! His combination of a smooth relaxing massage and then using moving cups to move the the detoxed fluid and distressed energy out though my lymph’s. Like a clean sweep. It felt delightful and regenerative! The food at the restaurants were exceptional! The wait-help tools such great care of us! The entire Staff at the Hotel were Outstanding! We were welcomed like Royalty!

We loved our stay here during our time in Interlaken! The hotel was amazing, beautiful and thoroughly thought-out. There is so much amazing space to spend time around the hotel. The rooms were also perfect for a couple. The beds were so comfortable with the softest sheets. The property is amazing, and the spa that is open to all guests was amazing. Great touches and very relaxing. An added bonus was they have a tennis court you can rent by the hour and play around a litte. We loved the breakfast that was provided, and we also enjoyed the onsite Italian restaurant. We would 100% stay here again when we come back to Interlaken.

My boyfriend and I spent four days in Interlaken and were looking for a place to relax, enjoy good drinks, and have a nice conversation. We ended up at the bar in this hotel, and it was exactly what we wanted. The service from Lazaro and Moritz was amazing — they made us feel at home and truly taken care of. Their recommendations were spot-on. I ordered an espresso martini and it was phenomenal. Then Moritz suggested his mom’s favorite cocktail, the Sunny Spritz, and it was delicious! We loved the experience so much that we came back two days later, and everything was just as perfect — great ambience, music, service, and great drinks. We didn’t try the food, but if it’s anything like the rest of the experience, I’m sure it’s worth it. Thank you for the wonderful service and the quality time!

A Dip Tank in the Sauna Area would be necessary to have in the best Wellness Area in Switzerland. A bit old fashioned.

I have never stayed in a hotel of this caliber in my entire life. It was a special occasion and we went all out. Everything about the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel and Spa was exceptional. The staff from check in to check out was outstanding and always went above and beyond. I want to specially extend my sincere gratitude to some members of the restaurant staff... *Victoria *Frederic *Gennaro They all were so attentive, friendly, and made us feel like a king and queen. The hotel itself is very nice and comfortable. It could be a location to shoot a film. The service, from our car to our room, was handled professionally and quickly. The staff are extremely friendly and cheerful. It's really nice to be pampered. The spa is spacious and even allows you to do a little swimming. Bring your goggles, it's worth doing a few lengths before relaxing in the hot tub or steam bath. The breakfast buffet is very complete and varied. For people with gluten allergies, it's a bit complicated because there are no labels. It's not always pleasant to have to bother the staff, who have to go and ask elsewhere to find out the information for you. That's the only criticism I have. For your information, the car park is not cheap (CHF 35), but it is covered.

I had an amazing stay at the Hotel Victoria Jungfrau in Interlaken! The hotel is absolutely beautiful — elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located. The pool area is incredible, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning views. Everyone at the hotel was so kind and welcoming; the staff made me feel right at home. I truly appreciated their friendliness and excellent service. I can’t wait to come back!
