Spa Nescens at the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa

I had an amazing stay at the Hotel Victoria Jungfrau in Interlaken! The hotel is absolutely beautiful — elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located. The pool area is incredible, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning views. Everyone at the hotel was so kind and welcoming; the staff made me feel right at home. I truly appreciated their friendliness and excellent service. I can’t wait to come back!

A totally fabulous experience! We stayed two nights as part of a Viking cruise. The hotel is amazing. So beautiful. Our room was fabulous. Large, very clean, very well appointed. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. A chef prepared special eggs Benedict recipes. The view from the dining room was wonderful watching hanggliders land in the park across the street. Plenty of breakfast choices. Staff very attentive. I would rate this hotel 10 stars. By far the most amazing place I have ever stayed. I hope we can return one day.

This property is the best in Interlaken, so we decided to spend the $ to stay there. It was worth every dollar. The hotel feels new, the rooms perfect, the restaurants were wonderful, the servicer was top notch. I have to specifically mention Jose Maia, the chief concierge, who gave us superb advice each day in helping us plan our activities and knowing exactly where to go. This hotel exceeded my expectations and was worth every dollar! Five Stars across the board.

Beautiful fancy restaurant with many affordable dinner choices. Pizza oven and several pizza options. I had the sea bass.

Excellent service, delicious food, and amazing view of the Jungfrau mountain. We booked the deluxe double room with the view of the Jungfrau mountain. The receptionist, Cheryl, took care of us very well from check-in to check-out. We will absolutely come back when we’re in Switzerland next!

Walkable from the train station. The staff were attentive and helpful. This was the most luxurious hotel we have ever stayed in! Beautiful, fabulous, stately, elegant. Our room faced to back of the hotel. had an openable window and air conditioning with a thermostat you could set for your level of comfort. The weather was warm while we were there. The room was large with a very comfortable bed well furnished. Very clean and quiet, A hand written welcome note with chocolate and bottled water.Plenty of outlets and options for charging cell phones. Lots of closet space and drawers. Turn down service. Motion activated night light to light your way to the bathroom. The bathroom was beautiful! Anti fog mirrors. Very nice toilet and shower. Beach blanket size towels with wash cloths and shower soap, shampoo, and hair conditioner dispensers in the shower. The breakfast buffet and staff were attentive and the food was delicious! Thank you!

We came at viktoria to celebrate my birthday and with our server Stefan taking care that i get a cake with happy birthday on it, we had such a fun time. U would recommend to all

The Grand Victoria is beyond fabulous. It is luxurious and stately and elegant. Words do not adequately describe the elegance. Our spacious room overlooked the park where paragliders landed from their mountain flight ..a sight that is beautiful to observe. Our room had a large and modern bathroom and an oversized walk-in closet. The breakfast buffet was delicious and abundant; the food at 2 of the restaurants that we ate in ( outdoor patio and the Italian restaurant) was delicious and the waitstaff were very attentive. In the evening the bar/lobby is filled with music from their evening pianist.. a lovely atmosphere in which to relax after a long day’s mountain hike. (We did not have an opportunity to enjoy the spa but did walk through the facility. Next time we are in Interlaken, we will make time to use its services!) Our stay at the Grand Victorian was one of the highlights of our trip!

Our stay at the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa was truly unforgettable. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with a charming vintage style that makes it unique and full of character. Special thanks to the receptionist YY, who did an amazing job welcoming us, showing us around, and sharing the rich history of both the Victoria Hotel and the Jungfrau Hotel from the past. It really added a special touch to our stay. The kids club was wonderful—spacious, with a variety of activities for children of all ages, which made it perfect for families. The pool and gym were also exceptional, offering modern facilities with a breathtaking view that made the experience even more special. Overall, this hotel combines history, luxury, and family-friendly comfort in the best way possible. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Interlaken!

The service was implacable and the pizza was exceptional! I fished the meal off with tiramisu was the best I’ve eaten. If you come to Interlaken Switzerland, you need to make the trip to Sapporo e Pizzeria to experience the food and service!

We had Vinnie as our server for an afternoon of drinks. He was extremely nice and helpful during our visit. Nice and elevated spot for drinks and dessert. Highly recommend.

Vinny was amazing! So attentive and gave great recommendations for things to do in Interlaken and surrounding towns. Made our stay feel like home. He was great!

Our travel agent booked us here and we are grateful she did. From the moment we arrived we were treated great. Our check in was great and the check in person then took us around to show us the hotel and to our room. Total personal service. The room was beautiful, and the shower was great. We gauge a hotel by its function, showers and beds. We had drinks and dessert in the bar and we had a wonderful young server who was great.
