- Start: Adelboden
- Destination: Adelboden
From the bus terminal in Adelboden, cross the village westwards along the busy village street. At Heinrichseggen, a path branches off the street to the right. This quickly gains altitude. After 300 m, the path leads into a forest road, which continues upwards in several switchbacks to the Uelisgrabe junction. Here, keep left and after one last short ascent reach the most beautiful section of the route, which runs almost level along the slope over a longer stretch via Flueweid. Along the way, there is a charming view of the wintry Allebach valley and the lively Sillerenbühl ski area on the opposite valley side. After a short descent through the forest, you reach the bridge over the Stigelbach. The Schermtanne restaurant is a few steps further west. From there, the ski bus also takes hikers back to Adelboden. The return walk to the village can also be easily managed on foot.
