The 1940m high TschentenAlp can be easily and comfortably reached by cable-car. The view across Adelboden's valley end is best seen from the terrace of the Panorama Restaurant, before taking a comfortable winter footpath towards Schermtanne.Along the 1 hour 15 minutes trail taking you down some 450m in height you will pass through deeply-snowed forests, over glistening mountain snow and past picturesque barns. In the Schermtanne Restaurant there are ample opportunities to spoil yourself whilst enjoying the spectacular Bernese mountain landscape. Once back in the village, you can carry on by bus, romantic horse carriage or simply on foot.
The same path can be walked in the opposite direction and thanks to Adelbodens 112.5 km winter footpath network, can be extended if desired.

Mit dem Auto via Frutigen nach Adelboden.

Parkhaus im Dorfzentrum oder Parkplatz Sillerenbahn.
Public transit
Mit der Bahn nach Frutigen. Anschliessend per Bus nach Adelboden Dorfzentrum. Zu Fuss zur Talstation Tschentenalpbahn. Bis zur Bergstation fahren.
