Unfortunately, due to various reasons, the house is not suitable for families with small children (<10).

All linen and towels inclusive (exclusive local tax). The owner reserves the right to access the boat house also during rental periodes. Boats, surfboards, machines etc. don't belong to the rental.
Arrival from 2 pm Departure before 10 am Seestrasse 16. Passing the road sign Gunten, the house is situated some 50 meters after the Eden Beach cafe (lakewards). Enter the house by the wooden door in the garden wall.
