Berghaus Männlichen has plenty of spaces where you can sit awhile as you relax and unwind. Enjoy the impressive views from the spacious sun terrace and panoramic restaurant, and treat yourself to some culinary delights in the heart of the mountains. Various events are regularly held on the Männlichen throughout the year: from the Mountain Spring Festival to the hearty Jazz Brunch, or the popular traditional costume festival, the Trachtenfest. The sunset barbecue in summer is an experience in a class of its own. Feast your eyes on the stunning view as you tuck into some delicious grilled food.

Royal summit and trail experiences

In the summer months, the sunlit meadows and alpine pastures are filled with flowers. And on hot days, the mountains are the perfect place to cool down. Explore the different adventure trails with your family. Ever blown an alphorn or milked a cow? Why not give these a try on the Lieselotte trail. The Royal Walk is another highlight, a trail that leads you from Männlichen Summit station to the panoramic Männlichen Summit, the so-called "Bira". Only 120 metres in altitude stand between the Mountain Summit station and the full royal summit experience. Winter sports with views of breathtaking peaks

In winter, the landscape is transformed into a dreamlike winter wonderland. Carefully prepared slopes, modern facilities and a snowmaking system ensure ideal conditions for winter sports. Perform turns with your skis or snowboard over the snow-covered slopes and admire the stunning mountain panorama. The Männlichen area is directly connected to the Kleine Scheidegg snow sports facilities, the perfect place to spend a day enjoying the wide range of activities on offer.
