Amazing Jungfraujoch tourWe had an amazing tour with Shelia from Interlaken to Jungfrau. She was early for pick up from our hotel and navigated us through the trains/route to get there. We didn’t have to worry about tickets/pass. It was a long day but so worth it! Amazing views with a lot of history and background given. Personally, I really like learning and listening to history so usually I do walking tour if I go to new cities. I was very surprised because guides were super friendly and very informative. I have done several tours in Europe, but in my opinion, this is one of the best places to go walking tour. Amazing scenery, new friends and kind guides are probably going to make your day happy!!More

We waited 20 minutes with another couple at the starting point but no one ever came for us. Their website collected our email and phone number when we booked, but no one ever bothered to contact us and say the tour was late or cancelled. We tried calling their contact number but no one picked up. I was annoyed because we came back to Interlaken early from our day of sight seeing specifically for this tour. Waste of time. Very unprofessional and disappointing.More

He do have a good knowledge of the city, although I won't say its very deep to exite scholars!! But for the casual traveller its enough & he showed us all the important landmarks of this beautiful little town!More

Good tourDefinitely recommended. We did the free tour -- you just have to tip the tour guide. Takes around 2 hours where you walk around this beautiful city. Very informative tour as well.More
