The red of the iron-rich waters against the green of the pastures makes for an interesting photo subject.

Grimmimutz adventure trail

Discover the children’s story of the forest creature Grimmimutz through activity posts on the circular route. Along the way children can read the story of Grimmimutz and the bad Pepper Witch, play at various posts and discover the beauty of nature – then you can take a break at one of the barbecue points along the trail.

Ride an e-bike or mountain bike

The route to the Grimmialp starts in Oey, where you can rent an e-bike from the tourist office and ride in comfort past the splendid wood houses of the Diemtigtal valley. Prefer mountain biking? An 18-kilometre mountain bike route will lead you through the Grimmialp region.

Unique winter experiences

The Grimmialp snowshoe trail promises superb views of a snowy mountain landscape. In addition to snowshoe trekking, you can ski, snowboard and take cross-country tours on the Grimmialp. The manageable ski zone has a chair lift, T-bar lift and a small children’s lift, making it ideal for families and nature lovers. Small-scale sledging and bobsleighing is also possible at the "Schlaraffenland" snow playground.
