had the best paragliding experience with Miryam! She was amazing , professional, friendly, and made the whole flight feel smooth and enjoyable. She made it truly memorable, and I would recommend her 100% to anyone considering female pilot for paragliding.

Our first paragliding experience was amazing! Thanks to Alpin Air for making it so seamless and so professional !! We were 2 adults and 2 kids and each one of us had an AWESOME time!!!! Can’t wait to do it again. They really reassured us and made us feel at ease! I want to thank Martin who was my pilot for just being amazing!!

Wow!!!!!! This is how you run a fabulous company - perfect customer service and unforgettable experiences!!! From the second I made contact as a nervous parent of two boys who wanted to paraglide in Interlaken aged 8 and 12, the messages were helpful, polite and friendly and put me right at ease meaning I booked almost straight away. Directions were simple to follow and the messages even after booking remained friendly and informative. My youngest boy has learning difficulties and I had my doubts as to whether he would actually make it down or would be brought back in the van - he wants to be like his bigger brother but sometimes his nerves take over. I need not have worried!!!! Before the flight I spoke with the pilots/ co-ordinators explaining my son’s struggles with language and they again made me and him feel so at ease. Both Lars and Miriam were incredible with my kids and my boys felt completely safe and said they were so much fun. What was even more special was that both pilots made sure the brothers were captured together in the air on photos and videos, I actually sobbed watching them - it was such a joy to view. My boys said I need to rate Lars and Miriam 10 out of 10. We have watched the videos numerous times and how lovely the pilots were with my children was evident in the footage captured. This whole experience has given my youngest a confidence boost that cannot be measured and memories to last a lifetime. I would 100% recommend Alpin Air to anyone travelling in the region who wants an experience to remember.

3 of us ages 15 - 75 went. They pick up with a van at the park in front of the Metropole and land in the same park. Not scary as long as you don’t mind heights. Felt very safe. Scenery is breathtaking. Great pics & video for E40.

Had an amazing time! I went flying with Lars and he was awesome — really friendly and explained everything in a way that was super easy to understand. We chatted during the flight, and he even let me take the controls for a bit, which was so cool! At one point he joked that I looked like the Terminator in a photo, which made the whole thing even more fun. It was exciting but I always felt safe. Totally recommend this company, especially Lars. Thanks for the unforgettable experience!

We were excited about this as an adventure and as a way to see the JungFrau region from the air. The guides/pilots were professional. Everyone felt safe. Myriam piloted our daughter and did a great job. I had Robin and he also did a great job. We would go with them again. Have fun!

I had wanted to do this for years but never found the courage. This year my son who is now 17 encouraged me and we booked. The experience for both of us was amazing. very easy booking and payment system online. Punctual pick by bus and a very friendly driver who also looked after my bag during the flight. The Pilots were very friendly and super confident. We had a real blast. thankyou

Horrible Experience with Alpine Paragliding Interlaken - Stay Away I was eagerly anticipating an amazing paragliding experience in Interlaken, but my encounter with AlpinAir Paragliding was a complete disaster. After discussing the details with one of their associates and getting the green light from the pilot, I made the payment and was transported to the mountain top for takeoff. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, I sensed a disturbing lack of interest from the pilot. While the pilot maintained a professional demeanor, there were some suspicious conversations between him and the other staff that made me uneasy. When it was time for takeoff, it became apparent that the pilot was not only disinterested but also completely incapable. He failed to assist me properly during the run-up, causing me to fall on the cliff and bruise my knee. The second attempt was no better, resulting in yet another fall and more bruises. Following these failed attempts, the pilot informed me that he couldn’t proceed with the flight. The management then added insult to injury by telling me there were no available slots for the same day and, despite their inability to provide the service, they refused to issue a refund. According to their payment confirmation email, customers are entitled to a full refund if the operator cancels the flight due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, it was the operator who withdrew the service, yet they neither offered me another flight that day nor provided a voucher for a future date. Eventually, another pilot came to discuss the situation and offered me a paltry 50% refund or a 125 CHF (approx. 60%) voucher for another flight, citing that they had to pay 100 CHF to the pilot who didn’t even fulfill the service. This offer was downright exploitative, and I refused to accept it. After numerous back-and-forth WhatsApp exchanges, they informed me that they had no intention of refunding any amount. This experience completely ruined what was supposed to be a highlight of my trip. I went up the mountain filled with excitement, only to return bruised, dirty, and extremely disappointed. Alpine Paragliding not only failed to deliver the promised service but also demonstrated zero accountability for their failure. To anyone considering paragliding in Interlaken, I strongly recommend choosing a different company. Avoid the trauma and frustration I experienced, and find a provider who truly values their customers and honors their commitments.

My pilot Mr Lucas was amazing! I was super scared before the flight.. but he made the things so easier and simpler !! And cherry on the cake- amazing picttires!!!! Loved the services!!!

Parasailing is So.Much.Fun. We were picked up at the hostel and went up the hill with our small group to run off the side of a steep hill and get some airtime, this was our first time and it was great. Easy, relaxing, amazing views and the pilots were friendly and on point. I’d give th 6 stars if I could

First-timer paragliding and it was so much fun up there! My pilot is Clouch and very experienced guy! We did a little rollercoaster effect in the air and it was so good and nice experience with Clouch.

Our family of 5 booked the paragliding a day ahead n unfortunately it was drizzling slightly the morning of and it felt cold grey but the drizzle stopped when it was our time and we had the best time of our trip doing it. Our pilots Noel, Tim, Patrick, Thierry and Lars were all very professional and friendly and we were glad we went with them! Thanks for making the paragliding such a fun experience. It was very safe and the view from up above was very nice.

Staff are super professional.. i was caught on the day where the weather has suddenly changed to thick cloud and rainy after we got to the mountains . The pool of pilots with us were extremely professional in ensuring the safety before deciding for the fly. Although after an hour wait, we have to give up the fly… they have provided assurance and reasons of not doing so. We are very grateful to their honesty and professionalism. We went back at 5pm on the same day hoping weather is better… but too bad.. it started raining again. We then book it for the third time for 2 days later, before we leave interlaken. Finally we managed to fly on thur morning with pilot Claude and Tim. They were the pilots that were with us on our first day… specially thanks to them… the fly with them were awesome and great memories one… my daughter was so happy she can touched the cloud on the fly.. thanks to Pilot Tim. Claude was great for me too… i have an interesting 1 min to take over as pilot to fly on my own… that was awesome… Also not forgetting pilot Dione who was with us on the first day… too bad on our flying day he was with another group of visitors.. thanks to Dione too.. In conclusion, i will recommend Alpine Air Paragliding… their booking system is easy and responsive from the admin staff. Their pilots are very experienced, responsible and professional… Thank you Alphin Air Pilots… hope to see you again when i do come back interlaken for paragliding.

Fantastic trip with AlpineAir. Pilots were friendly and made it a super fun experience. The landing location was easy to find and the drive up the mountain was short and beautiful.

Had a wonderful experience paragliding with AlpinAir! My pilot Adrian (Adi) was very knowledgeable & kind, he made me feel comfortable & safe while in the air! The whole process was very smooth. Would 100% recommend flying with them :)
