Restaurant La Bonne Fourchette, Interlaken

Staying the weekend at the Lindner, we certainly want to try the restaurant, and it was a good choice. Very attentive staff checking frequent enough that you do not miss anything, but get you enough privacy at the same time. The food was very tasty and well prepared. All dishes we tried were perfectly spiced to allow the flavors of the ingredients to reach your palate. Preparation took a short while, but that underlined just the fact that its fresh made to order. Aside the taste and the service quality, the staff has been very friendly with our little 20 month old boy, and tried to keep him as happy and satisfied as they tried (and succeed) to make us.

Very small restaurant - I counted 10 tables- with a wood burning fireplace. Quite dressy, for adults who want to have a long, fancy meal. The food and service were excellent!
